myself. If you need a termite inspection or a lead based paint inspection
I can set that up too. In other words, if I don't do the type of inspection
you need I can set it up for you so you only have to make one call & one
appointment.
My inspections typically take about 3 hours for a normal home following the
ASHI standards.
My inspections do 3 things for you:
1. Look for major issues that could cost you a lot of money.
2. Look for minor safety type problems.
3. Educate you about your home; (show you where the shut-offs are, how the
furnace works, water heater, etc. I will also show you the "Red Flags"
to look out for, since everything will go to "pot' according to the Second
Law of Thermodynamics.)
