| Tony Devine has passed through the veil of eternity and his wisdom is greatly missed by our close group of friends.
 Anthony “Tony” Devine worked in, supervised, and/or inspected various aspects of construction for over 35 years. He became a home inspector in 1986.
For 19 years, he owned and operated a home remodeling business. He also worked as a supervisor of new home construction, and as an inspector of public works projects.
Tony Devine also participated in the design of electrical and heating systems, and performed energy audits and radon testing.
In 1984, Tony Devine co-conducted a HUD-sponsored study on maintenance practices in public housing and wrote its report.
Tony Devine attended Drexel University as a major in mathematics, and served in the U.S. Air Force as a long-range radar operator. He is a member of The American Society of Home Inspectors and is currently the President of Reliance Home Inspection, Inc. in suburban Bucks County, Pennsylvania. |
